Featuring the famous
The New Black Eagle Jazz Band HOT FOUR!
Gather your friends and enjoy an evening of 20’s flavor music and dancing and support the Friends of EBC. T he New Black Eagle Jazz Band, with their New Orleans Style Jazz, has been performing around the world since 1971. Four members – the HOT FOUR! – will swing for us at the Camps Dining Hall. It’s the event of the year – a cocktail party theme, with hors’ d’oeuvres catered by Bianco, beer and wine and yummy desserts from Concord Teacakes.
Our next big project is to reroof the majority of buildings at the Camps. We will have a live auction to name the LAST TRAIL and to donate the second (and last) bench at the bathhouse. There will also be a small silent auction.
The Gala is at the nicely renovated Dining Hall at EBC. A bus will take guests up the hill from the main parking lot between 5:45 and 6:15. We aren’t issuing actual tickets – we will check you off at the door.
Tickets are limited to 120 attendees, so don’t delay! You don’t want to miss this!!
We regret to announce the cancellation of the Great Gatsby Gala. The response to date has not been sufficient to enable us to go forward, probably due to the effects of Covid.
We thank you for all your support and look forward to planning future events for the benefit of East Boston Camps.
Our 2021 Fall Festival is cancelled due to Covid-19
We will miss this traditional, free event and celebrating with all the supporters of East Boston Camps. We are hopeful for an event in the Spring. Any donations you would like to make in the meantime would be greatly appreciated.
Walk on the Wild Side Challenge! May 2021
We had a very successful challenge! Almost 100 people participated and we raised over $8000 for the restoration of historic Nashoba Lodge and other Friends’ projects.d It’s not too late to make a donation:

Westford Friends of EBC Tree Hunt!

The Westford Friends of EBC are creating some socially distant outdoor excitement this holiday season. Starting December 8th through the beginning of January, all are invited to participate in a unique and fun scavenger hunt! Your goal is to find the decorated trees at East Boston camps. The map below shows the designated area in which the trees are located.
There will be a survey link to vote for your favorites! Post your pictures with the trees you find on our Facebook event page or email them to us at westforddecoratedtreehunt@gmail.com to let us know how many trees you find!
This event is a collaboration with the Girl Scouts & Scouts of Westford, who have selected and decorated the trees for us!
